Hey everybody!
I think a few of you know about/what Weekend of Minecraft is. But I'm just reminding you about the second event on July 1-4th!
If you don't know what it is, it a weekend with several livestreams from different Minecraft internet famous people! Some examples of that are the Yogscast *cheers*, Seananners, and the Shaft staff! Also, the PMC will have our own 2 hour segment after the Yogscast! If you have some spare change and want more WoMs in the future, you can donate on the site. For more info, head over to the WoM site.
Any suggestions on what we should do during the event?
EDIT: The event was postponed. Stay tuned for the new date...

If you are familiar with the Yogcast and there Israphel Minecraft series, you should know Granny Bacon. Recently she died then turned into a zombie and was killed by the heros (Yogcast) HoneyDew and Xephos.
There is a dedicated server planning her funeral reception on Facebook here. Please try to attend!

Since I finally found a decently reliable free screen-caster for Mac I'm going to start a new Minecraft series. I'm not sure what to call it yet, Lost is unoriginal. ![]()
It's starts with a guy trapped in a crashed plane. Basic survival after that.
I might need another person to be in the series as well, like another survivor or something, but not yet.

This is an awesome Minecraft fan-site that I think is better than the Official Minecraft forums, cause you can submit skins, projects, mods, and textures, as well as take part in these awesome forums. It's quite a new site with only 500 members or so. Sign up, you will enjoy...

This is a new video game review/news site made by the community manager of Entertainment to the Max, Holden012! What kind of games do they review? Any (Flash, Video, +Movies). If it's on a console they will review it! (If they don't have the game... well , they won't be able to review it then.) I myself am a mod here as well, it's basically the same crowd as EttM.

" The Last Stand: Union City, the third installment in the Last Stand series is currently in production and will be released in Q1 2010. It will take place during the first few weeks of infection in Union City. Taking the role of a survivor who holed up in their apartment during the initial spread of the infection, the player will be forced to venture out and make their way in the city.
Escape will be the ultimate goal.Features Include:
Union City will be side scrolling open world for the player to fight the hordes in and search for weapons and food. You will mold your character from the beginning, deciding appearance, background and skills. During your time in Union City you will earn experience and gain efficiency in a number of different skills, how you progress in these skills will be based of your actions.
During your travels you will encounter other survivors, they will help you get a grip on what’s happening, tell you their situation and in some cases join your fight.
Union City itself is a living city with day and night passing as you travel, it’s once living citizens will be driven dynamically, no street or building will play the same each time you enter.
The game will have two separate game modes - “Run’n'Gun” and “Survivor”. The Run’n'Gun game mode will be more in line with the original games and have a focus on action and lessen the RPG elements. Survivor on the other hand will have common survival problems such as hunger, need for sleep and conservation of ammunition to deal with. Much of the story and gameplay will be identical in both modes. "
That's ConArtists description/ideas of the next TLS game. It sounds awesome but I just hope there won't be different zombie types cause this is the closest zombie game I've played that is similar to the Zombie Survival Guide. It has gone quite far into development and he has released several playable demos:
He then wanted some fake advertising ideas so he asked people like me (fans) for ideas.

I just love more than one picture in my blog posts. Bloody massacre!
" Take a walk down the street and you’ll notice that advertising is all around you. Since I’m building a whole city, I need a whole bunch of fake advertising to fill those shop fronts, bus stops, postured up walls, billboards etc.
I’ve got a team of top men making these imagined brands into ads and I thought I’d open it up to you guys too. "
This was a sort of contest, making a fake product, store, etc. After 1,011 comments on that blog post, Con read through every single one! And chose the best. Only 37 out of over 9000! made it with me being one of them. If you follow me on Twitter you may have seen my series U News which changed to UR News. This is what got the cut, so now U New will appear somewhere around Union City and I will get a game credit.

Blam blam, gangsta style!
TLS: UC is to be released within the next 2 months I'm guessing. So far it seems to be a great game that will have a bright zombie filled future. If you want more info I suggest you check out ConArtist Games or follow Con on Twitter.
